Josh Sisk, MS, RDN
Josh Sisk, MS, RDN, is the founder of Vita Nutrition and a registered dietitian with sports nutrition experience at University of Colorado Boulder Athletics, supporting collegiate athletes and more than 200 nutrition clients. An endurance and strength athlete himself, Josh combines evidence-based sports nutrition with practical, sustainable coaching to help athletes fuel better, recover well, and build habits that last.
